Throughout my career as a psychologist, I have seen many friends and colleagues leave the field, saying things like:
“Psychology doesn’t pay enough, so I’m going to work in the corporate sector,”
“The career is too unstable, so I’m moving into welfare work,”
“Without proper benefits, it’s difficult to get married or have children.”

Concerns about the future, the struggle to balance work and family life—
Many psychologists face the same worries, yet there are very few truly safe places where they can talk about them.
Most end up seeking advice from friends, professors, colleagues, or family members.
But psychologists need a space where they can speak with someone neutral—
someone who will not place expectations on them, underestimate them, or project jealousy onto them.

If psychologists had a place where they could receive calm, objective guidance,
it would greatly improve their well-being—
and ultimately benefit the clients they support.

This is the reason I started this service.

You do not have to carry your career concerns or daily struggles alone.
