There is no fixed number of sessions.
We will consider your level of distress and your current life situation together.
Some people meet once a month at a steady pace, while others prefer more frequent sessions over a short period.
Either approach is completely fine.
Your privacy is strictly protected.
We do not share your consultation details with anyone, so please feel safe to talk openly.
